Refund policy

Please read our Return & Exchange Policy in its entirety.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the unsatisfactory item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we  can quickly evaluate the issue and make it right. We understand how frustrating this may be for you and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) or FINAL SALE items.  Please contact us immediately if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We'll pay for the shipping costs IF the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), otherwise you are responsible for shipping costs for the  exchanged item. Please contact us within 5 business days within delivery to resolve shipping damages.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however you may receive it quicker. This time period includes transit time for us to receive the return from the shipper, the time it takes to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process the refund.
